Also, if you are in West Michigan you are welcome to come to the event to see some south Asian culture and of course watch me make a fool out of myself, nothing from an ordinary day in the life of Patra eh.  The pooja (which is like an Indian Christmas fyi) event starts at 3PM at the West Michigan Hindu temple…please note I have not been to a Hindu temple or a pooja event in over 12 years ever since I realized my mum uses these events to bid me off for an arranged marriage to some twice my age Quicky Mart clerk type gee you’d think she could find me an engineer or a lawyer type at least…so anyways this is a big daunting step for me and I hope to redeem her love for me…although it will probably backfire knowing my luck and I’ll end up offending someone(s)…but it’ll be fun to see the “aunties” chase me out of the temple!
