Get your heart pumping and your body moving to the latest hits while cardio-sculpting yourself into shape with this great new dance workout!
Using simple choreography taken from Jazz, Hip Hop, Belly dance and Bollywood styles, each class will teach you basic moves and build up into a choreographed workout. We’ll warm up with some Cardio Kickbox and cool down with some Yoga to get you toned and ready for the summer!
Classes run from April 25th – June 27th (Omit 5/9 and 5/30)
