Patra Gupta, a British born South Asian (force not to be reckoned with), grew up in the North of England in a real life sitcom with 7 older brothers, a strict traditional mother, a weird obsession with cats and constant dreary weather giving her a great sense of humor and a strong itch to travel far away and seek out adventure.

Graduating with a B.Sc. in Psychology and traveling through Europe, the Caribbean, South America, Japan, India, Australia and New Zealand, Patra now lives the American dream, seeking opportunity and applying her dynamic personality, knowledge and skills to whatever venture crosses her path.  First to San Francisco, California working as a Trader in the brokerage industry.  Followed by a year in Sydney, Australia training and working as a stage actor, leading her to back to California, Los Angeles this time, where she adopted 2 cat "kids" and freelanced as a Promotional Model to fund their needs and her Second City improv and numerous other "must do" acting classes.  Through this whirlwind experience, she realized and materialized her passion for writing and producing comedy for video and stage, thus birthing the critically acclaimed "VindalooneyTV"!

My journeys brought me perspective and a desire to try working in other industries so I tried Marketing and Entertainment and finally found my niche! I now work professionally as a talent and entrepreneur, currently developing a line of comic and cartoon brands while freelancing as a model and talent.
